Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in bowl. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Add nuts.
Heat 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.
Add soda and vanilla; stir. Put popped popcorn inside 2 brown paper bags.
Pour mixture over corn.
Close and shake.
Heat 1 minute and shake.
