Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 c. popped corn, 1 stick butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. light karo syrup and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix salt, sugar, syrup and butter.
Bring to a boil in microwave.
Boil for 3 minutes in microwave.
Remove and add baking soda.
Mix well and pour over popped corn.
Cook for 30 seconds in microwave.
Remove and mix.
Repeat process 3 more times (4 in all).
Let cool, eat and enjoy.
