Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. white corn syrup, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Using 4 cup glass measuring cup, place sugar, syrup, salt and margarine in it.
Place in microwave and bring to a full boil (full power 2 to 4 minutes).
Remove from microwave and stir in baking soda.
Spray inside of a large grocery bag with nonstick cooking spray.
Add corn pops or popcorn and pour hot mixture over corn.
Place in microwave on full power for 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake; repeat.
Microwave 1/2 minute.
Shake; repeat.
Place on hot cookie sheet.
