Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped popcorn, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. brown sugar and 1/4 c. dark karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix and place in microwave.
Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes on High.
Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
Pour half popcorn in a brown paper bag and pour half the syrup over it.
Add remaining popcorn and syrup. Fold top of bag and shake well or gently stir with large, long handled spoon.
Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High. Take out and shake well.
Cook another 1 1/2 minutes on High. Remove and shake well.
Spread on cookie sheets to cool.
