Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. karo white syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 4 qt. popped popcorn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Put sugar, butter, syrup and salt in 1-quart glass bowl and cook 2 minutes on High.
Add baking soda; stir well.
Spray Pam on inside of paper bag (large, brown).
Pour popcorn in bag.
Pour syrup over popcorn.
Fold top over and cook on High 1 1/2 minutes. Take out; shake well.
Cook again 1 1/2 minutes; shake again. Cook 1/2 minute.
Rip bag open to cool.
