Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. dark karo syrup, 1 stick butter and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put first 4 ingredients in microwave and heat for 2 minutes on High. Stir, then microwave 2 more minutes. Add baking soda and stir until color changes.
Spray paper grocery sack with Pam.
Add the popcorn.
Pour caramel mixture on popcorn. Fold bag and put in microwave.
Heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake.
Heat another 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake.
Heat for 45 minutes.
Pour in pan to cool, stirring occasionally.
