Combine oats and margarine in microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave (High), uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
Stir in sugar and syrup until blended.
Microwave (High), uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until heated and sugar is dissolved, stirring once.
Evenly press into lightly greased 8-inch square microwave-safe bowl; set aside.
Microwave chocolate bits in uncovered glass bowl, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until soft, stirring once.
Stir until smooth.

Spoon onto oat mixture.
