Mi Sou
Mi Sou is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 potatoes, 3 to 4 carrots, 1 small can fry chick, 1 small can bamboo sprouts and 1 small can sliced chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut potatoes into French fry shapes.
Slice carrots.
Cook potatoes and carrots in skillet in small amount of oil.
Add Fry Chick, bamboo sprouts, sliced chestnuts and bean sprouts with liquid from cans.
Simmer on low.
Saute onion and celery; add to mixture.
Add cooked spaghetti and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of catsup.
