Mexitalian Lasagna
Mexitalian Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans), 1 (16 oz.) jar mexican salsa, drained, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In large bowl, combine chili, salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
In small bowl, stir together cottage cheese and parsley flakes.
In a 9 x 9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, layer the noodles, cottage cheese, chili mixture and Mozzarella cheese until there are 3 layers.
After it has cooked, let stand 10 minutes.
