Mexico Chiquito's Cheese Dip
Mexico Chiquito'S Cheese Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 lb. american cheese, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 1 tsp. paprika and 3 heaping tsp. cumin seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Melt margarine over low heat; add all spices and simmer 5 minutes.
Add flour and stir well, until a paste is formed.
Add Ro-Tel and raise heat to medium.
Add 1/2 of milk and stir until hot.
Add chopped cheese and cook until melted (stirring frequently).
May need to use a mixer to make smooth.
Cover tightly and refrigerate.
