Mexican Supper
Mexican Supper is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground meat, cooked, 2 cans kernel corn, 1 qt. tomatoes, 2 cans pinto beans and 1 large jar mild picante sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large container, add meat, beans, corn, sauce and tomatoes. Cook together about 5 to 7 minutes.
Have grated cheese and nacho chips.
Put chips in bowl.
Pour Mexican mix over; add cheese on top.
Serve green salad on side.
This makes a lot and freezes well.
