Mexican Stack Ups
Mexican Stack Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean hamburger, 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, 1 c. lettuce, shredded, 1 c. cheddar, shredded and 1 c. jack, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown hamburger, drain; mix with taco seasoning as directed on package.
Heat refried beans on low in medium pan.
Microwave tortillas 3 to 4 minutes in package, turning once.
Place tortilla on plate.
Spread tablespoon of beans and tablespoon of meat on it. Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
Place second tortilla on top and repeat steps (beans, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions).
Serves 6.
