Mexican Spaghetti
Mexican Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, 1 to 2 lb. velveeta mexican shredded cheese, 2 cans mild green chilies, chopped and 2 lb. hamburger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
Fry hamburger and drain.
Mix together hamburger, sauce, chilies, onion, salt and pepper.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Combine spaghetti and sauce; mix well.
Layer two 9 x 13-inch baking dishes with half the spaghetti; top with half of the cheese and cover with remaining spaghetti and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
(Half recipe fills one 9 x 13-inch pan.)
