Mexican Spaghetti
Mexican Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp. ground red pepper and 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat, onion and green pepper in skillet.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish.

Top with cheese and return to oven until melted.
