Mexican Soup
Mexican Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 can each: green chilies, pinto beans, kidney beans, whole kernel corn, white hominy, ro-tel tomatoes and beef broth, 2 cans chopped tomatoes and 1 pkg. each: taco seasoning and ranch dressing mixes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground beef and chopped onion.
Add chilies, pinto beans, kidney beans, corn, hominy, Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped tomatoes and beef broth (all undrained).
Add taco seasoning and Ranch dressing mixes.
Bring to a boil, simmer 1/2 hour.
Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
