Skin tomatoes, core and remove as many seeds as possible. Process in food processor until almost purΓ©e.
Pour into nonmetallic bowl; add vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin.
Chop onion, mince garlic and add to bowl.
Clean peppers, mince in processor.
Add to bowl.
