Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can refried beans, 1 very ripe avocado, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese (save a little for garnish) and 2 cans chopped black olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

On a large tray (or platter) spread refried beans, avocado mixed with sour cream, a layer of cheese, black olives, lettuce and tomato.
Spread remainder of Cheddar cheese over top.
Place nacho chips on all sides.
Serves a large crowd, 10 to 20.
