Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head lettuce, 1 lb. cheese, grated, 1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans, chilled, 1 onion, chopped and 2 tomatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Prepare lettuce as for any tossed salad.
Drain and wash chilled beans; add to lettuce.
Add tomatoes, onion and cheese. Add dressing 30 minutes before serving.
Crushed Fritos are added and mixed well immediately before serving, not earlier.
