Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, broken into small pieces, 4 tomatoes, chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Toss the lettuce, tomatoes, onion and shredded cheese together.
Brown the beef.
Add the drained kidney beans and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer meat mixture about 10 minutes.
To salad mixture, add the broken taco chips and hot meat mixture. Toss with the French dressing.
Serves 4 generously.
