Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans ranch style beans, rinsed, drained and chilled, 1 medium or large head lettuce, 2 or 3 medium tomatoes, 12 to 16 oz. grated cheese (longhorn or cheddar) and 4 or 5 green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients, except Fritos and Catalina dressing, in advance.
Just before serving, add Fritos and Catalina dressing. Sprinkle with Bac*Os (adds flavor to salad).
