Mexican Salad
Mexican Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. raw rice, cooked, 1 c. tomato sauce and 1/2 pkg. chili seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large shallow baking pan, put 1 layer corn chips (not too thick, as it dries out), 1 layer rice and 1 layer hamburger mixture (hamburger, onion, tomato sauce and chili seasoning).
Sprinkle with grated cheese (Cheddar).
Put in oven to melt cheese.
On top, put 1 layer shredded lettuce and 1 layer cherry tomatoes (or cut up whole tomatoes).
