Mexican Rice
Mexican Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. water, 1 1/3 c. minute rice, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 chopped onion and 1 small can chopped mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat water to boiling.
Add rice; set aside.
Put 3 tablespoons butter in frying pan.
Add the chopped onion and chopped mushrooms.
Cook for a few minutes.
Add the soy sauce, several dashes of hot sauce, dash of garlic salt and black pepper. Pour rice into frypan.
Cook for a few minutes.
Add the sour cream (optional).
