Mexican Rice
Mexican Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dry long cooking rice, 1 (10 or 12 oz.) jar picante sauce (mild), 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. onion powder (or dry chopped onion) and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Rinse rice; drain.
In 2-quart boiler, add rice and all ingredients.
Bring to boil; reduce to low heat.
Cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and fluff.
