Mexican Rice
Mexican Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked rice (long grain), small onion, diced, small green pepper, diced, 3 1/2 c. water and 8 oz. can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Two cups raw rice is fried until golden brown.
Then add onions, green pepper and spices.
Mix together with rice for about 5 minutes.
Add water, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
Mix together (medium flame).
"DO NOT STIR WHILE COOKING; RICE WILL STICK TOGETHER".
Let cook about 15 to 20 minutes or until all water has evaporated.
Ready to serve and eat.
