Mexican Potatoes
Mexican Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 baking potatoes, 1 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 tbsp. chili powder, 1/4 tsp. cumin and 6 to 8 oz. nacho cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash, then cut unpeeled potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Place in bowl.
Add oil; mix to coat.
Put chili powder and cumin in bag and add potatoes; shake to mix well.
Put on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
When serving, pour melted cheese over each serving.
