Mexican Pie
Mexican Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, salt to taste, pepper to taste, garlic to taste and chili powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown beef, salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder and onion together.
Pour through strainer to make sure all grease is removed.
Make pie crust with crescent rolls.
Flatten them to fit in pie dish.
Pour beef mixture into pie crust.
Layer tomatoes and cheese.
Blend sour cream and mayonnaise.
Spread on top of pie.
Bake 35 minutes at 350Β°.
Let stand 15 minutes.
