Mexican Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1/2 c. water, 5 english muffins, split and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown beef; drain.
Add seasoning mix and water.
Simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Place muffins on cookie sheet; top with meat mixture.
