Layer bottom of baking dish with refried beans.
Brown hamburger; drain well.
Add taco seasoning, then the chopped green chilies; add jar picante sauce.
Pour over refried beans.
Top with shredded cheeses and bake until cheeses have melted.
Cool a little bit and dip tortilla chips or any chip in mix.
Enjoy.
