Made with 1 pt. sour cream, 1 envelope taco mix, 1 can refried beans (size of campbell's soup), 2 to 3 bunches scallions, chopped and 1 small can pitted black olives, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Use party, flat dish (I've used a pie dish).
Spread out refried beans for bottom layer.
For next layer, spread olives. Mix the sour cream and taco powder and spread on for the next layer.
Next, layer the shredded Cheddar cheese.
Spread the avocado mixture for the next layer.
For top layer, spread cut up tomatoes with scallions.
Place nachos around the base of the dish.
