Mexican Layer Dip
Mexican Layer Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans refried beans, 3 medium avocados, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Whip refried beans; spread over shallow baking dish.
Mash avocados.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Smooth over bean layer.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread over avocado layer.
Add remaining ingredients in progressive layers.
Refrigerate at least one hour.
