Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 soup can of milk, 9 flour tortillas, 1 can hot enchilada sauce and 1 can mild enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown hamburger; drain.
Add salt and pepper to taste and onion, if desired.
In saucepan, heat milk, soup and enchilada sauces until blended.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place 3 tortillas in bottom, top with a layer of meat, cheese, then soup mixture. Make 3 layers of this making sure to reserve enough soup mixture to pour over top.
End with cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, if desired.
