Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. seasoned salt, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix, 1 c. diced tomatoes (fresh or canned) and 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown ground beef in skillet until crumbly.
Drain.
Add salt, taco mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chiles.
Blend well. Bring to boil, reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes.
In small bowl, combine
Ricotta cheese and eggs.
In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spread ground with half each tortillas, Ricotta mixture and cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with Jack cheese.
Bake, uncovered at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
