Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) jars thick and chunky picante sauce (hot, medium or mild), 2 bags shredded cheddar cheese, 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained and 2 pkg. flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Butter your casserole dish lightly.
Mix together salsa and cooked beef.
Place tortilla in dish to cover bottom; spoon beef and salsa and sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat.
Sprinkle cheese on top layer of tortilla.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
