Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 regular can refried beans, 1 c. salsa and 1 - 4 oz. can green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain well.
Add all other ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Cover bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with tortillas.
Layer half of the meat mixture over the tortillas and then sprinkle with 1 c. of cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
