Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (12 oz.) jar salsa, 6 tostadas, 1 c. refried beans and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in 1/2 cup salsa. Spread 1/4 cup salsa in a 10-inch pie plate.
Top with 3 tostadas. Top with 1/2 of each of the beans, meat mixture, sour cream and cheese.
Repeat layers; cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with lettuce, remaining salsa and additional sour cream.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
