Mexican Hot Dip
Mexican Hot Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1- 4 oz can green chilies, chopped, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1/2 c. salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown hamburger, sausage and onion together.
Drain off fat. In crockpot combine all ingredients and heat on low for 2 hours, stirring frequently.
If too thick, add more salsa.
Serve with tortilla chips (can be doubled, for a crowd).
