Mexican Hash
Mexican Hash is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper and 2 medium tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook and stir beef, onion, garlic and crushed red pepper in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown. Drain. Add tomatoes, green pepper, raisins, salt, chili powder, cumin, cloves and cinnamon. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
In separate pan, cook and stir almonds over medium heat until golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir almonds and olives into beef mixture. Serve with rice.
