Mexican Fried Rice
Mexican Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. water, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 small can tomato paste, 1 can ortega chopped chiles and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In kettle place ingredients.
Boil and simmer for at least 1 hour.
Fry 1 quart rice in heavy pan with small amount of oil. When turning color is apparent, put rice in kettle and cook until done.
(May have to add water.)
