Mexican Frank Bake
Mexican Frank Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frankfurters, 3/4 c. bread or cracker crumbs, 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 tbsp. pickle relish and 2 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut frankfurters lengthwise, being careful not to cut completely through.
