Mexican Dish
Mexican Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger meat, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large bell pepper, chopped, 1 pkg. chili seasoning and 1 large can tomatoes, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook noodles while browning meat, onion and bell pepper; drain.
Mix chili powder, mashed tomatoes and Ro-Tel and add to meat mixture.
Add noodles and corn and let simmer.
Into a large baking dish, put a layer of meat mixture, then cheese layer alternately, until all is used, leaving enough cheese to put on top.
Put in oven until cheese is melted on top.
