Mexican Dip
Mexican Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (16 oz.) can hormel chili (no beans), 1 bunch scallions, chopped, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 bag tortilla chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Spread cream cheese in a 9 or 10-inch glass pie dish.
Spread chili on top of cheese.
Sprinkle chopped scallions on top of chili, then add the Cheddar cheese on top of scallions.
Microwave 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Or heat in oven at 350Β°, approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve with chips on the side.
