Mexican Dip
Mexican Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (24 oz.) jar old el paso salsa, 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated and 1 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown hamburger and drain; add chili powder.
Spread cream cheese in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish, then add browned hamburger.
Cover with salsa and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
