Mexican Dip
Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. jimmy dean pork sausage, 1 lb. hamburg, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes and 3 1/2 oz. can jalapeño peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onion and peppers.
In a separate frying pan, fry hamburger and pork sausage.
Add sauteed onion and peppers to hamburger and pork sausage mixture.
Add crushed tomatoes to the mixture and simmer for 15 minutes.
Layer the hamburger and pork sausage mixture with the Velveeta cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes in a 325° oven.
