Mexican Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 onion, 2 cans ro-tel tomatoes, cut fine, 1 lb. hot sausage and 1 large box velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
