Mexican Dip
Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburg, fried and drained, 1 can stewed tomatoes (2 c.) with green peppers in one, 1 pkg. chili-o mix, 1/2 c. water and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

To drained hamburg, add tomatoes, Chili-O mix and water; simmer for 15 minutes.
In a 9 x 9-inch pan, put 1/2 of the hamburg mixture, then 1/2 of the onion, 1/2 of the green pepper and 1/2 bag of cheese.
Make another layer, starting with the hamburg and ending with the cheese on the top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Serve with white tortilla chips, crackers, taco chips, etc.
Serve right from the oven.
