Mexican Dinner
Mexican Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 2 small onions, chopped, 1 lb. processed cheese, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown beef and onion.
Add processed cheese.
Stir in soups, beans and tomatoes and green chilies until well mixed and cheese is melted.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
In a greased 9 x 13-inch dish, layer meat mixture with tortilla chips, beginning with meat mixture.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
