Mexican Dinner
Mexican Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with tortillas, 1/2 c. fat, 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1 large can chili (no beans) and 2/3 c. cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil and chili powder.
Dip tortillas in hot oil just until soft. Spread with chili.
Sprinkle with onion and cheese. Roll tortilla.
Place in baking dish and put remainder of chili, cheese and onion on top.
Place in a 300Β° oven to heat and serve at once.
