Mexican Dinner
Mexican Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 cans chopped green chilies, 2 cans chili beans, 3 cans tomato sauce and 2 cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add green chilies, beans, tomato sauce and water.
Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
Line bowl with tostados.
Add half of meat mixture, then layer of cheese, more meat and another layer of cheese.
Top with tostados.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°.
