Mexican Delight
Mexican Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can refried beans, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 8 oz. sour cream, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 large tomato, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Spread beans in 10 x 13-inch glass dish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of taco seasoning mix.
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and spread over beans.
Sprinkle with other half of taco seasoning mix. Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes, then onions and olives, ending with grated cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Refrigerate.
