Mexican Delight
Mexican Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 to 2 pkg. taco seasoning to taste, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. velveeta cheese and 1 to 2 pkg. corn tortilla shells (soft), cut in half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown meat and onion; drain off fat.
Add taco seasoning and enough water to moisten mixture.
Mix soups and sauce together. Melt Monterey Jack cheese and Velveeta cheese together.
In a 9 x 12-inch pan, layer as follows
1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 tortilla shells, 1/2 soup and sauce mixture and 1/2 melted cheese.
Repeat layers and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until cheese browns.
